All Natural Ingredients
Our homemade cookie recipes substitute healthier alternatives - such as
whole wheat flour, canola oil, and mini chocolate chips - to create healthy cookies
with less than half the fat, sugar, carbohydrates, cholesterol, and calories of other
cookies. We use high quality, freshly roasted nuts, name brand peanut butter, pure
vanilla, and fresh sweet butter along with imported Italian espresso, pure cocoa, and
fresh semi-sweet and milk chocolates. There are never any artificial ingredients or
preservatives, ever, and no trans fats. Our cookies are made fresh and vacuum sealed
to preserve the flavor and freshness.
Full Portion Sizes
Our healthy cookies are created with modified recipes - not tricks that reduce the
portion size to match a desired nutritional profile. We use regular size cookie scoops
to create each 1 1/2 ounce cookie.
For those on diabetic or other exchange diets, most cookies equal one carbohydrate.
